Each month, you’ll receive a detailed meal plan designed to promote healthy weight loss and overall well-being. At the educational level, you’ll get access to the website and all the educational data shared each month.

2. How much does the program cost?
The program costs $40 per month, billed monthly. There are no hidden fees or upfront commitments.

3. How long is the program?
The program is designed as a 12-month subscription to support you throughout your entire wedding journey, but you can cancel anytime.

4. Can I join if my wedding is less than a year away?
Absolutely! The monthly meal plans is easy to follow and on-ramping is eight weeks. If you would like a personalized plan, you can let Health Storey know, a personalized plan for a specific time period is $175 and requires a doctor’s release saying you have a healthy baseline.

Health storey wants to help you make steady progress regardless of how soon your wedding is. If you have less than 8 weeks, you can work on the 30 Day Bridal Dash.

5. What if I need individual support?
While the program focuses on educational content and general meal plans for healthy living, you can always reach out to our Health Storey coach for more tailored support.

6. What if I don’t like the program? Can I cancel?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.

7. Do I need any special ingredients or supplements?
Our meal plans use common, wholesome ingredients you can find at most grocery stores. There are no mandatory supplements required.

8. How much time do I have to look at information?
Once you subscribe, you will have unlimited access to the subscriber educational information on Healthy Wedding Diet. The website is open 24/7.

9. Is this program suitable for people with dietary restrictions?
Yes, we are almost vegetarian so the program focuses more on plant based proteins, eggs and dairy products. Articles are provided on common modifications for common dietary needs but the program requires eating dairy, using vegetable fat and eating eggs. Please make sure you have no allergies to those three items for optimal detoxification and body rebuilding. Health Storey has no substitutes to suggest for rice, eggs, milk and olive oil.
