Healthy Wedding Diet started as a blog while working on the 30 Day Bridal Dash and it’s now part of the Trefuly Detoxification lifestyle program. Trefuly, Inc. is an Atlanta based corporation focused on health coaching & publishing health related content for the US.

Dr. Horstkamp, JD researches and writes about health related topics and focuses on the detoxification of the adipose layer.

Dr. Emmy Ann Horstkamp, JD researched adipose detoxification in the UK and is currently working on the ten year detoxification of adipose program. With her research, she created the Health Storey program and subscribers have access to her current research and data as she continues to work on the adipose program. For the website, Dr. Horstkamp uses an AI assistant and adds references to research reports for additional educational information. The healthy wedding diet is not adipose focused but uses the research from that program.
